Sales Executive
We are looking for an enthusiastic, thorough and honest individual to be part of our busy sales team. You will be computer literate with excellent communication skills and a desire to liase with current and prospective customers both on the telephone and face to face. Previous sales experience is not a pre-requisite as you will undergo full manufacturer dedicated training.
The role will include:
- - Attending sales meetings each morning
- - Updating the diary and prospecting system
- - Displaying cars on the forecourt and showroom
- - Process sales enquiries
- - Undertaking agreed prospecting targets
- - Undertaking conversion, demonstration, finance penetration targets
- - Approach customers in a warm and friendly manner
- - Organising and undertaking test drives when appropriate
- - Accurate documentation at all stages from enquiry, order, delivery and vehicle handover
- - Handling payment for cars ensuring cleared funds prior to customer hand-over

Service Technician
FJ Chalke have a vacancy for an experienced Service Technician to join their successful Nissan/Kia dealership. You will be joining their quality driven aftersales department at the Yeovil site, and you must be team orientated and performance driven , with a desire to exceed expectation.

Collection/ Delivery Driver
We require a part-time (15hrs a week) Collections and Delivery Driver to join our Yeovil Team. Duties will include delivery of new cars to customers and any collections required. Full, clean UK (car) drivers licence is essential as well as a good knowledge of the local area (Yeovil). This position involves liaising with our customers face-to-face therefore confident communication skills and a smart appearance are essential.
